I was supposed to have been in the process of renovations which includes a studio and new computer room, but due to contractor delays I couldn't access my studio being everything is packed up.
So I went to the hardware store and got some masonite board and had them cut an 4x8 foot piece into 6 pieces. I also picked up some joint compound, paint and was able to find my putty knives and some stencils to work with.
I set up a couple of craft tables and started creating some new backdrops to use when renovations are done.
I made 3-32x24 backgrounds which I'm super excited to use when the studio is completed.
I really love how these came out. The textures are so cool and love the colors. These will be great for future projects.
Last year I had taken a workshop "Backdrop Boards" through 2 Lil Owls. The workshop was awesome and I learned so much!
I've developed quite a collection of backgrounds and will continue to grow as I need new ones for my photography. I will tell you how I made these in a future post.
Stay tuned for before and after photos of my new studio and my October Giveaway!!
Have a wonderful week!
