About Our Fluid Art
About our fluid art process. All of our paints are archival quality acrylic paints in a wide array of colors. We also use metallic paints to add a bit of sparkle. Our pouring medium is floetrol which we also use a bit of water to get the right consistency for pouring the paint over the canvas. The idea is to make sure that the paint isn't too thick or thin. We use 100% duck cotton canvas that is hand splined over wooden frame. Once the fluid art painting is fully dried and cured about 4 weeks, we finish the fluid art painting with a clear gloss waterbased poly acrylic to protect the fluid art painting from dust and won't yellow.
Our sizes vary. Our most common sizes are 12x12, 12x24, 24x24.
At this time we do not do custom work.
